Denise Austin - Shape Up & Shed 2011


Two easy-to-follow workouts — a low-impact fat burner and a no-equipment-required toning program. Denise's "you can do it" attitude is both motivating and supportive. The cardio program begins with super-simple choreography (slightly intensified with lots of wide-ranging movements). After you've mastered the moves, Denise adds a few energizing variations (e.g. a playful mambo or a sexy hip roll). The toning starts with a soothing set of total-body stretches. That's followed by a flowing sequence of proven, body-sculpting classics (moves like planks, lunges and push-ups that use your own body weight for resistance). As always, Denise is a passionate and enthusiastic instructor.
