Tonique Fitness - Sculpt Dynamics with Sylwia Weisenberg

Cathe Friedrich's To the Max


A fast-paced, non-stop program that features five distinct workout techniques (all carefully designed to keep you physically challenged and mentally motivated). You'll start with classic Cathe-style step aerobics — varied patterns of easy-to-follow, but super-tough, fat-burning. That's followed by a short Tabata section — 20 seconds of flat-out cardio followed by 10 seconds of "rest." Then it's high intensity interval training (HIIT) — similar to Tabata, but with longer "work" and "rest" sequences. Ballet Body: Upper Body Ultra Sleek Definition


A non-stop program that combines elements from ballet, Pilates and yoga. While it's primarily upper-body focused, you also get a variety of total-body and core routines. Many of the moves are true "fusions" — exercises that integrate multiple techniques into a single sequence (e.g. a Pilates plank that flows into a yoga downward dog). The workout begins with muscle-group-specific floorwork — moves like arabesque push-ups and tricep dip circles. Mari Winsor's Lower Body Pilates


Each segment targets one specific area: hips/waist, thighs or buttocks. In less than 25 minutes, you can tone your individual "trouble spot" (or do the complete program to reshape your entire lower body). The Butt Bible



Has three upper body/abs programs in addition to the three lower-body workouts (so it's more than just "butt toning"). The three workout "sets" build in intensity — you'll start with the introductory series and advance to the more challenging pair. The moves are mostly straight-forward classics, from squats, leg lifts and lunges to push-ups, dumbbell rows and abdominal crunches. While many exercises are repeated throughout the levels, you also get tougher variations in the later sets (e.g. one-legged squats or narrow-hand-position push-ups). Pauline Nordin is not your standard instructor. Her cuing is minimal and her chatty commentary is "bad ass" motivational ("Nobody loves this move. Why? Because it hurts!"). Bob Harper's Total Body Transformation

Two super-advanced aero/tone interval programs — even Bob says they're his hardest workouts ever (explicitly created to break through "plateaus"). The exercises are mostly straight-forward classics, but nearly every move has been tweaked for maximum intensity (e.g. a single arm swing enhanced with an extra side squat, a "dive bomber push-up" amped-up with one leg in the air).
