Jackie Warner's Personal Training 30 Day Fast Start

Two fast-paced, non-stop workouts that use Jackie's "Power Pyramid" training system. The concept is simple — paired exercises that target a single muscle group with gradually increasing rep counts (e.g. one push-up, then one curl, then two push-ups, then two curls ... ending with ten push-ups and ten curls). It's an easy-to-follow technique that's both motivating and effective (no surprises, you just keep building intensity with more reps). For variety, Jackie sometimes tweaks the formula with smooth-transitioning progressions of multiple exercises (always working the same body part).
