A high-energy program that intermixes intervals of stability ball toning with easy-to-follow cardio. Nearly all the toning intervals use the ball. They maximize variety with pulses, tempo changes, body-position variations and range-of-motion options. The first segment works your upper body; the second challenges your legs and buttocks. Both sections feature non-ball aerobic bursts (mostly low-impact classics, they also include some jump-rope moves). The final section is pure ab-focused body-sculpting. Excellent transitions by a high-energy, very friendly instructor. Requires a stability ball and 2 to 5 lb. dumbbells.
